CMAX.TV Subscription Partnership Agreement
CMAX.TV produces and distributes original entertainment that promotes what is true, good, and beautiful. We provide a platform for partners and content creators to transform culture and bring hope to families and individuals. We seek to: 1. Promote excellent and relevant media across a wide breadth of genres that speaks universally and/or to specific demographic groups. 2. Vigilantly seek out exceptionally valuable content while promoting original, innovative storytelling that resonates from the core of the human condition through the real challenges faced today and tomorrow. 3. Fund content producers and ministries to continue their work through our commission and partnership programs.
IMPORTANT note on payments:
Commissions are paid once a subscription partner reaches $10 of commissions. We MUST have a W9 on file for you or your organization before payment can be made. You can email a completed W9 now to fiscal@cmax.tv or we will send you once you reach the commission threshold.
CMAX.TV’s responsibilities:
- CMAX.TV agrees to pay the entity a commission equal to 10% of monthly or annual subscriptions and subscription renewals for the life of the subscriber’s active membership on CMAX.TV.
- CMAX.TV will provide you with a unique link. CMAX.TV will track subscribers based on usage of the unique link given to you. CMAX.TV cannot pay partner subscription commissions for subscribers who do not use your unique link to sign up. Additionally, if a person is already subscribed through another organization, they cannot also be a subscriber through your partner link.
- CMAX.TV will provide you with marketing materials that you can customize and use.
- Provide growing incentives for subscription levels achieved by partner. For example, 100 subscribers through your url shares your logo/website on our partnership page!
Partner’s responsibilities:
- Personally utilize CMAX.
- Portray CMAX in accordance with our standards of content and stated mission and vision.
- Utilize your entity’s sphere of influence to actively promote this evangelistic tool and encourage new subscribers. This requires, at minimum:
- Setting up account with Rewardful for personalized dashboard to manage your referral {affiliate link} and track your success. Commissions are recurring at 10% and are paid via paypal first week of every month. Commissions will begin being paid upon accruing $10 from your subscription referrals and completion of a W9. You can email a completed W9 now to fiscal@cmax.tv or we will send you once you reach the commission threshold.
- Use the marketing materials given by CMAX to promote subscriptions. We recommend weekly sharing on your social media platforms, emails, and website.
- Use the materials we provide to promote CMAX.TV. You are free to generate materials of your own as long as they do not imply a relationship with CMAX.TV beyond what is outlined in this agreement.
- Participate in monthly feedback through email communication.
This agreement is effective upon submission. It can be unilaterally discontinued by the entity or CMAX.TV upon written notification, which will end all financial remuneration. We reserve the right to dissolve partnership and cease payments if our mission statement is violated or misrepresented by your entity; or if your entity works and utilizes CMAX.TV funding in opposition to our mission, vision, and teachings of the Catholic Church.
